Occasionally I stop by the South National location and am always struck by the difference in customer service in comparison to the Battlefield location. It’s why I keep coming back to Battlefield for all my Amazon returns. Christina is helpful and friendly, good customer service.

We had been to four separate stores (USPS, FedEx, Copy Shoppe, and the location the shoes belong too as well, Grainger) we got nothing done. So we decided to go to UPS off Battlefield and were out in less than ten minutes. Not only did she help us find the correct box but she was also trying every option to help us save a few bucks! She tried multiple options, bags and boxes. But we found the right one and she did so with the BEST attitude ever. She has wonderful customer service skills, a beautiful personality and a very professional hold to herself. 10/10 would always go back. Even if I gotta ship through a a separate service, I will go back JUST to get my package ready here. Thank you for making an already complicated day far less complicated 🫶🏼
