    Annie saved me tonight, she went above and beyond to help me with some cards I forgot to print for an early morning meeting. She immediately was the calm to my storm- I rushed in there in a panic. It was an hour until close and she walked me through how to order, and then she promptly had it ready for me to pick up within the hour. Her calm demeanor, positive attitude, and problem solving skills were exemplary. I cannot believe how stressed out I was and the way she helped me was beyond what I had hoped for- outstanding customer service!! Annie, seriously, your kindness and help will stick with me. Thank you so much, it truly felt like a friend was helping me. I would think 99/100 people would feel uncomfortable with how stressed out, mile a minute I was when I walked in, and you never gave me the impression that I or my problem was too much.

    I needed some pages laminated for a trade show and they did it while I waited. Everyone else that I contacted had an extra charge for one hour service or couldn’t guarantee when it would be done. Thank you!

    Staples is always a total sh*tshow... They bamboozled me about my computer warranty. They always only have about one cashier scanning away for their life while the UPS line is out the door & everyone in Staples shirts plods around looking flummoxed and surly... Maybe try to get it together, Staples, without that seafood food trunk in your parking lot you'd be busted! Busted-er than you obviously are.
