Knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent customer service throughout the entire process and project. Called with questions the first part of June 2022 and purchased the 25' estate flag pole with installation the following week. Install crew arrived two weeks later and set the base and finished installation within the next couple of days. Extremely pleased with the product and overall experience with Ozark Flag. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a sturdier solution for their flag display needs.
