  I went to make some color copies, self-serve style. The two men working were both helpful and that made it easier to get my copies made. Unfortunately, when I had called earlier in the week, I asked the person who answered the phone how much color copies cost, AND, specifically what the charge is if I did front and back color, and a separate page. He told me he thought I would be charged for TWO pages, not three. I asked him to double check because he seemed a bit unsure with his answer. He came back and assured me I would only be charged for TWO color pages, because it was 2 sheets. Well, that was NOT correct, and I had to pay for EACH side of the color copies! That van be a huge additional expense m, and for me, it cost me over $50 extra from what he had initially told me. I am still giving a 5 star review, because I had a pleasant and uneventful experience once at the store. The misinformation I was given over the phone should be addressed with staff!

  I went in here to drop off a car title to send off for or vehicle that had been damaged in a storm and couldn't find an envelope and the employee could tell I didn't know what I was looking for and asked me if I needed help. She called me up to the counter and was very helpful and told me she had everything behind the counter and that it was free to send it off to the destination. We've always had to use UPS or USPS. This was the 1st time we were told to use FedEx so we were lost. Your employees were very helpful.

  I came here to pick up my graduation invitations. The guy working was very nice and helpful and did a great job. There were also some people moving boxes and I tried to hold the door open for them, but they were too nice and insisted I don't hold it for them. They claimed that they "were pros" and had done this "once or twice". It was funny and we had a good time. The prints came out very well.

  Never much of a wait line because they hire enough people to insure so. I stopped going to the post office because their fees has gone through the roof plus extra fee if you choose to track your package or add insurance. I rather not wait in the long line.
