I swear this is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I have had so many packages go missing because apparently no one there knows how to read an address. Some of them I’ve only gotten back because of honest neighbors. The rest? Gone.
How hard is it to read an address? Isn’t that literally your job?
Then you leave my package in a locker and don’t give me the key — wow, thanks, that’s super helpful. Or you shove packages into the big locker and just leave it wide open for anyone to take. Completely careless and unprofessional.
At this point, it feels like no one there takes their job seriously, and customers are the ones who have to deal with the consequences. Absolutely ridiculous. 😡

Sent a item second day delivery from this PO, nearly 10 days later the recipient still has not received the package. The call center is a joke & nobody at this location was of any help.I simply asked for a refund & was told by the clerk here she would have to check with the local post master to see if that was possible as I might have to wait for the package to be delivered! Wait What?? The problem is IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED!!she took down my phone number but of course nobody ever called. She was kind of condescending and patronizing to boot! She said I’d have to fill out a claim form online for a refund, come to find out, through the website, one of your options is to go to the local post office for a refund, in fact I was curious about this answer because I had gotten refunds at the local post office before for the exact same problem. Obviously I don’t expect them to do anything about this my post is simply to inform other people, you may pay a couple of extra bucks at FedEx but you’re definitely better off!

The people I've dealt with at this office have always been helpful and provided the service I needed. As a business the USPS is the worst. Amazon deliveries that never arrive, and a couple times they said they made the delivery when they didn't which cost me a refund. I sent a certified package from this office to Kearney about a year ago because I was really concerned it would not get there otherwise. It got stuck at the bulk mail warehouse in KC and that was where the tracking information stopped updating it's progress. It was supposed to be delivered in two days. The post office wanted me to wait 10 days before they started tracking it or would consider giving me a refund. I didn't let them waste anymore of my time and they got to keep my $3 dollars or so.

I had a certified letter and yes I forgot the notice at home. I thought well it's a small town surely they can find it by my last name. Margaret was so rude about it and came back three times to tell me she couldn't find it and I would have to come back with my paper. After getting upset as I had to leave work early in order to get there before they closed she finally went to get the postmaster to look for it. He found it and had it to her before the next person had even walked up to the desk. She then started loudly complaining that says "Sotomayor" I wouldn't have thought that's how you pronounce that- she said it like 3 times before I finally stopped her and said "I spelled it for you 4 times" I'm sorry that everyone doesn't have a last name like smith or Jones. The letter was even addressed in large block letters. Margaret has to be about the rudest, dumbest person I have ever run into.- no business whatsoever in customer service.
