Something needs to happen with this place. It's insane that so many packages including my own go missing once it gets to this location. A package of mine managed to make it from China to St. Louis in a matter of 3 days. But it's been stuck in St. Louis for a month now. Fire everyone and get some people worth a damn in there.

My Fiance Mother sent him a package On May 4th 2026 From California it is now may 14th Apparently it arrived in Wisconsin on the 9th, It got to St Louis On The 13th, it left this morning at 4:54am, went back to the same building 9:16am, Departed again at 9:23am and it has been going back and fourth ALL DAY LONG! This company needs to fix this system and get better delivery instructions and maybe hire better people cause these people can't do their job for shit..
Absolutely insane..

This facility seriously needs to be independently investigated. Way too many packages and mail go missing and never recovered here. People have import medications sent through here because express scripts in located near this location. I used the priority mail service 2- 3 days and its been over two week!!!!! Why???? Submitted a missing mail request and still no movement. Consumer affairs needs to step in with this distribution center in St Louis.

This place is an absolute joke. Packages make it from California to MO in 3 days, then sit in this heap for 4-5 days. Time sensitive deliveries are an absolute lost cause here. Good thing these contracts I've been waiting on aren't important... oh, wait...
