She was left to deal with everyone on her own, despite asking management to pause passport appointments, and as a result she was incredibly rude to myself and every other customer there. I will not name the employee because she has plenty of positive reviews so I think I just caught her on a particularly bad day, but she was so hurtful in the way that she spoke to me that I was holding back tears during my appointment. I sincerely hope they are able to adequately staff this location and care for their employees better.
