I received a notification that it would arrive as expected then another notification stating that it was ready for pickup on Feb 27th! So my son and myself went to pick it up to be told by the supervisor that it wasnt there. He apologized and promised to flag the package and next day Air it to my son's address so that i could keep my hair appointment. I needed my package to accommodate my hair appointment! I called as I was told by the supervisor a older black gentleman, very professional and nice. So I'm currently on hold showing 42 minutes while I continously hear someone pickup and press hold real quick. I'm so disappointed!

SOMEHOW this guy in STILL in charge of this branch - the biggest mess of a Post Office I've EVER seen. ATTENTION POSTMASTER GENERAL - FIRE THIS GUY AND CLEAN THIS POST OFFICE UP!
