- JBJay BayneJun 3, 20261.0I would use pigeon mail delivery before choosing STL USPS. How many times can you route a package to the wrong location? 2 out of 3 packages dont make it by delivery estimates due to some kind of screw up at this location. Best part is nothing changes.
- KKKarenApr 5, 20251.0It’s so sad. I can only go to the post office on Saturdays to check my PO Box, purchase stamps, etc. It’s always something with this location. Today it was not open when I arrived at 10:15am waited 15 minutes and watched 3 other customers try to enter only to fine the doors locked. I called the business number no one answered and the emergency number on the door is disconnected. I have complained so many times and nothing. It’s a shame I can’t get the same customer service in my area as I do when I’m out at one of the county branches.
