- TSTiffany SmithJun 25, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office. Mail is consistently delivered late, and on more than one occasion, important pieces of mail have gone missing or arrived well after they were supposed to. When you’re waiting on time-sensitive documents, this is unacceptable. On top of the delivery issues, the customer service has been poor. Instead of receiving helpful answers or solutions, I’ve often been met with little concern for the ongoing problems. Reliable mail delivery is one of the most basic services the Post Office is expected to provide, and unfortunately that has not been my experience. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the people in this community At this point, I believe these ongoing issues warrant an investigation. With the amount of delayed and missing mail, I think management should thoroughly review what is happening within this location to ensure mail is being handled properly and that customers can trust the integrity of the service. The community deserves reliable mail delivery and accountability when mail repeatedly goes missing.

- MMMichelleMay 9, 20261.0I have informed delivery so I can see what’s coming! My tags from the dmv which I should have received Saturday 5/2/26, never arrived to my mailbox! Very suspicious and I always receive all my mail using informed delivery. This was my first time I renewed my license plates over the phone and the tags being mailed. Somehow it magically disappeared after it was scanned and uploaded to informed delivery. I submitted missing mail to usps! I believe it was stolen by one of the workers!!
