Absolutely horrible customer service! You have to fetch a label to send out a package risking losing your place in line and waiting longer. Labels should be kept behind the counter and handed to the customer. They charge you for taping up a box. I was asked to pay for an entire roll of tape when only the top of the box needed taping. That's what I would have done if I had the tape. This should be a courtesy to the customer. The male worker just stood there with his elbows on the counter. Did not look like he wanted to work to me. I walked out. I see why Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and online banking is popular! In addition, I have been there in the past and workers have bodly answered the survey questions for you. The worker did not give me a chance to respond about my service. She just pressed the happy face. These type of people have some nerve. Again, horrible customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office. Mail is consistently delivered late, and on more than one occasion, important pieces of mail have gone missing or arrived well after they were supposed to. When you’re waiting on time-sensitive documents, this is unacceptable. On top of the delivery issues, the customer service has been poor. Instead of receiving helpful answers or solutions, I’ve often been met with little concern for the ongoing problems. Reliable mail delivery is one of the most basic services the Post Office is expected to provide, and unfortunately that has not been my experience. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the people in this community At this point, I believe these ongoing issues warrant an investigation. With the amount of delayed and missing mail, I think management should thoroughly review what is happening within this location to ensure mail is being handled properly and that customers can trust the integrity of the service. The community deserves reliable mail delivery and accountability when mail repeatedly goes missing.
