Those front line facing workers should find new jobs in the back of the house where they don’t have to interact with people since they clearly have no business in a customer service role.

Don’t know if that was the case or she was just too lazy to do it. As usual I have to go to Maplewood post office even though I live in Brentwood. Should have known better than to even go there. You would think as many bad reviews as they have that they would fire everyone there and start over. They would never survive in the private sector.

Very abrasive and Seemingly angry about having to be there. Why Do we have to tolerate this sort of behavior? If you don’t like your job in customer service then maybe work from home and Stew in your own misery alone.
