I speak, she just looks and asks how she can help. Then if you don't understand something, she looks at you like you're crazy. This location and the one on Meramec are terrible. Y'all need to hire better employees.

She was committed to not answering my questions. I really just wanted to figure out what to do about missing mail, and she was full blown attacking me. I had to insist several times for her to even give me helpful information. Go somewhere else.

Why the inconsistent results? These people don't know their jobs, and they are rude and indifferent. Everyone says just use a different PO, but this is the highest-rated one in south county!!
