If I could give this place ZERO stars, I absolutely would. I have now wasted TWO trips just to send ONE single envelope to Canada, and the two ladies working here have been, without a doubt, some of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. The first time, I arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Tuesday. I was told I needed to fill out a customs form, and even though the office was STILL OPEN, the employee told me to come back another day. Fine. I came back 4 days later, on a Saturday at 2 PM..ONE FULL HOUR before closing. This time, the employee looked at me and simply said she would NOT take my customs form. Seriously?! Why?! Who exactly gave her the authority to decide which USPS services she will and will not provide? So I wasted another trip, my time, and my entire afternoon because an employee apparently decided she didn't feel like processing my international mailing. There were ONLY TWO CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF ME, and I had an entire hour before closing. This wasn't a case of showing up at the last minute or asking them to stay late. I was there during their NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. I told them I would be filing a complaint and contacting the manager, and I absolutely intend to do exactly that and she could not care less. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. If there is an actual USPS policy preventing them from processing my envelope, then SHOW ME THE POLICY. If there isn't, then explain why I was refused service TWICE. And honestly, I have to ask: was I being treated this way because I'm Canadian, or do these employees simply think they can treat customers however they want and make up their own rules? Either way, this needs to be investigated. This is a GOVERNMENT SERVICE. Employees should not be deciding on their own which customers they will serve or which services they feel like providing. I will be finding the manager's contact information and escalating this complaint. I am not letting this go not only because they wasted my time twice, but because I don't want someone else to go through the same ridiculous experience when they're simply trying to mail important documents internationally.
