My building is constantly littered with rubber bands and while walking around the block I can see that my entire neighborhood is littered with rubber bands as well. I’ve brought the issue to the post office’s attention several times but our postal carriers continue to treat my neighborhood like their trashcan. Do better! Littering is ILLEGAL!

Mostly friendly people, especially Dee. Had 2 separate trips that filled out hold mail, and post office continued to deliver, noted on my security camera. Had to have neighbors gather mail and hold for me. 3rd time, Dee made sure it happened correctly! WHY is the grass at this post office 2 feet tall now? Who is in charge of mowing? Looks very unsightly, and quite sad. Pay someone at least. 🫤

Normally go to another post office slightly more out of the way but this one supposidly stays open later on Saturday. Got there about 1.50 on Saturday (tgey close at 2) to mail something urgent thay was all set to go just needed postage. The door was locked! Me and another customer were knocking on the door and being ignored (we could hear people in the back).Obviously can't mail on Sundays so had to wait till they opened on Monday. The grounds of the place are also mess! I also have not received mail before (like a Christmas card from my mom) or birthday cards coming weeks late. Frustrating that this is the level of service our tax dollars are providing!

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
I came to send a package yesterday. There was only one person working and the line was long (not a big deal). Some of the other people in line were very agitated, but that wasn't a big deal to me, personally.
Eventually, another person came to help at another desk, and she assisted me. She was incredibly rude. Ultimately, I left feeling like a dumb inconvenience. I'll just go to UPS or FedEx next time.
There is another usps location nearby that is better, unfortunately I came to this one because the location is convenient. Definitely not worth the convenient location.

I've been going out of my way to avoid this PO. I reluctantly tried it again today. You guys DO take cash! The lady who helped me (glasses, been to Rome and Paris) was friendly and gave me advice on my next mailing too! Am I at the right one?? The post master got rid of the guy that refuses to take cash and talks bad about customers after they leave (like a line of people could solve his problems in life). Yay!! To me he was the Seinfeld soup Nazi guy because it was so uncomfortable being waited on by him. You never know if you'd get what you want or walk away in shame still with your package, confused about what just happened. Thanks for your great service today.
