I have never had as many problems with a post office as I have with the USPS on Kingshighway Blvd. This has been going on for almost a year now, and despite multiple complaints and speaking with two different supervisors, absolutely nothing has changed. The carriers constantly mark my packages as "No Access to Delivery Location," which is completely false. My landlord paid to have a USPS key box installed outside our building specifically so the mail carriers can access the building. They have a key and use it to deliver our regular mail, so there is no reason they can't deliver packages. Because of this ongoing issue, I've missed an entire week of work waiting on an Amazon car part that was repeatedly marked as inaccessible instead of being delivered. I also paid $10 to have a replacement debit card mailed to me. It showed up in Informed Delivery, but it was never delivered. My fiancé's Venmo card was never delivered either. After we complained, we found it two months later in someone else's mailbox—and it had already been opened. To make matters worse, they also failed to deliver our electric bill. Thankfully, I happened to check the utility company's website and paid it online because our electricity was scheduled to be shut off the very next day. It's incredibly frustrating when important mail, packages, and financial documents can't be trusted to arrive. The lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially after repeated complaints and promises that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. I expect much better service from the USPS.

No person attends the window, all the service card boxes remain empty, and unfilled. When there is a service window attendant present; they tell you that you can do it online or using the app on your phone. The P.O. Boxes are always sold out, and haven't been audited in 5 years.

Avoid this location! Liars and thieves work here! They flat out lied to my dad about his packages being there. Apparently that’s the new scam created WITHIN the post office. I set a package for hold until my dad picked it up. My dad arrived to pick up his packages and was told they weren’t there and were out for delivery. After contacting customer service they put in a request to the office directly to look into the matter. Customer service also stated the packages were indeed at the post office. Then mysteriously my dad goes back up to this post office and the packages were there. Sketchy post office and workers!

Clerk#18..She’s very rude unprofessional, cuts you off before you finish asking a (?).Today she didn’t want to help an elderly woman trying to mail something off someone else had to help, I came in twice this week to try to take care of business but from now on I’ll travel across town to get BETTER SERVICE. When I came in the first time she was rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here for service especially if the clerk going to be mean. She need to retrained on customers service or let go because these 2 play a part if the PO will stay closed permanently.
