    An employee named Chris did the worst Christmas service have ever experienced in USPS, First of all, he answered my question with the attitude while I asked the envelope I got from you guys just a minute ago does not fit and I need a bigger size he mentioned I don’t have time to go and look for you for a different one you should go and check. After that, he gave me a broken seal envelope from behind his counter and say check if this fits while I tried it Fit item so I taped package with the tracking label and while I asked to accept the return of the two extra envelopes that I bought, he said we do not take any returns, but I can trade the broken bag with two envelopes that you already paid At the end, he asked me to press the green smiley face and waited so that I press it before taking any further action and keep insisted PRESS THE GREEN SMILEY FACE so that he gave a positive review from customer. That’s not how it works, and it shouldn’t be like that. Every customer has the right to share the review based on their experience.
