  Slowest, rudest USPS office in the area. Clerk #24 intentionally slow, rude, rolling her eyes at customers because she is expected to actually do her job.

  Yesterday, I stopped by to mail a package, and I had the pleasure of meeting two of the sweetest, hardest-working women I've ever encountered. Just listening to them interact with customers was incredible. I truly wish more people were like them. One was an older Black woman, and the other was a White woman. The older Black woman was especially kind and patient. She took her time with every single customer and didn't stop until they completely understood what they needed to do. No matter how many questions they asked or how long it took, she always reassured them that everything was okay and that she was happy to help. I noticed that many of the customers were foreigners, and she patiently explained every step of the process, making sure they understood the right way to handle their mailing needs. Even when there were language barriers, she treated everyone with kindness, respect, and a genuine smile. I was amazed. She truly deserves a raise! Both women showed so much compassion and professionalism. It's rare to see people care so deeply about helping complete strangers. Their patience, especially with customers who don't speak English fluently, was inspiring. I'm from another country, so I'll probably never see them again, but I will never forget how kind they were. I thank God for people like them, and I sincerely wish them good health, happiness, success, and many blessings because they truly deserve it. If you ever need to visit a UPS Store, I highly recommend this location. These two ladies will take great care of you, especially if you're a foreigner or need a little extra help. They go above and beyond for every customer while keeping a positive attitude and enjoying what they do. I don't know their names, but to the older Black lady and the White lady who helped everyone yesterday; thank you. God bless you both, and keep being the wonderful people you are. This UPS location is huge, with plenty of parking, and it's in a very safe area. 5 stars for customers service!!

  HORRIBLE - if there are certain things we need please update it on the national website. The staff was rude, impatient, and problematic. They repeatedly talked down to me and my whole family. I would appreciate it in the future if a new staff was hired to replace these “agents”.

  Would be a zero star if possible. My mail has stopped coming all of a sudden, even tho my partner still gets his. Went into the location, after my partner called and got no help and a lot of attitude, and was only met with more unprofessionalism. She claimed to be the manager and could not give me any answers, nor did she give me any suggestions. I asked where the mail goes once it's on the truck and not delivered, does it just disappear off the truck. She says, I guess so. And you're a manager?!? I called her a rude name after being talked to like an idiot for long enough and was told I'll never get my mail now. I've now had to go to upper management bc she emailed me saying my mail was all delivered and everything was resolved and case closed, which is not true. The other desk helper was unnecessarily rude to another customer as well. This place is a joke. And still no mail for me!

  I was lucky and went at a time when no one else was in line. I was served very quickly. I noticed there was only one person working at the counter. I don't know if any were in the back or if there was one person scheduled since it wasn't busy. Much better than when I usually go to the Post office!
