- AMAna MandujanoSep 17, 20261.0Well, they said they’re not part of “UPS” I know, it doesn’t make sense! But looks more like they don’t know what they’re talking about 🤷🏻♂️
- CWCheryl WayneSep 3, 20265.0This store does great! Every team member I deal with is always respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I’ve always had good service here!
- AGAmy GallagherSep 2, 20265.0Store 1648 on Tesson Ferry Rd in St. Louis has the most helpful, friendly, and efficient staff. I always use the store for Amazon drop offs but recently got excellent service when I used their self-serve copying service. The staff basically did it for me but at a self-serve rather than full-service price. Highly recommend!
- PBPat BouwmanJul 30, 20265.0Sherry Kamp is an absolute lifesaver! My son is touring in the US with his band (SELIAS). He accidentally left his phone behind at the music venue down the street. The venue was kind enough to drop it off here, and Sherry stepped in to coordinate shipping it to their next tour stop in Fargo, ND on a tight deadline. When a routing error occurred, Sherri went completely above and beyond. She tracked the package outside of her regular work hours, called me with updates and checked the tracking the moment she arrived at work the next morning. She even contacted the Fargo store ahead of time and asked them to call me the moment it arrived. Shipping mistakes happen, but Sherri‘s incredible professionalism and compassion, turned a stressful situation into an amazing experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for trustworthy, exceptional customer service!
