- FMFaruk MulabitinovicJun 28, 20261.0I wish I could do zero stars, but I can't because that isn't an option. One of the workers berated an old couple for returning spectrum equipment because they were switching to fiber. The old couple mentioned their whole neighborhood is switching to fiber internet, and the spectrum worker had the audacity to say "if your neighbors were jumping off a cliff, would you jump off too?" How absolutely mean and unnecessary to say. I am so appalled and aghast at this behavior and terrible customer service. The worker who said this needs to be looked into and addressed. He had long hair in a ponytail and a beard, I don't remember his name. I hope I never have to come to this horrible store ever again.

I read out the address to the teenager entering my shipping label for me and he still screwed up the address and sent it to EAST st address not WEST. Now I have to try and call UPS and get it sorted. I READ the address to him as he typed in the label and he still sent it to the wrong address.
