  Very rude , all three workers. Never greet you, never smile, never polite and god forbid if you have a question or confused about a return. They’re ready to take your head off

  This review gets 0 * but the system forces me to add at least 1. I went to this store on July 29 to send some items to my sons who live out of state. We packed quite a few items in the box but had troubles closing the box. The lady was nice enough to do a re-pack for me. She charged me and a label was created. Two weeks later all I have is a label created. My box is missing and UPS is opening an investigation. No one that I speak with understands me nor can I barely understand them. They keep raising their voice every time I ask a question because they don't want to answer. When I call the UPS 800# I get some of the same responses. Somewhere between the store creating a label and the driver picking the box up someone decided they wanted to keep the contents of my box. And now I'm stuck in limbo while UPS tries to find a way out of paying for the items that I was sending to my sons. When I called and spoke with Dilip he won't even verify if I will receive the full amount of the insurance policy we took out. I STRONGLY suggest that you go elsewhere for your shipping needs. DO NOT GO HERE.
