    I had a fantastic experience at the UPS store! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my shipping needs effortless. The store was clean and well-organized, which made my visit pleasant. I appreciate their quick service and attention to detail. I will definitely return for all my shipping and printing needs!

    My BF is in Missouri for work with his company & had several larges boxes to bring in. The person at first was really kind & offered a dolly to bring in the packages, he’s bringing in the packages, and then with his second trip there was a lady with short brown hair standing with her arms crossed. He noticed the vibe & said “how’s it going” and she continued to glare at him with her arms crossed without saying anything. & then when he was unloading the last box she said (in an annoyed way) said “these need to be taped before you can come here why aren’t they taped this should’ve been done before you came to the store” & said he would have to pay for it, he said that’s okay I’ll pay for it or I can just do it right now I don’t care my company will pay for it & she (with an attitude) said “fine we’ll just do it” That’s very unprofessional & an uncomfortable environment to be in. Paying to tape it isn’t an issue & even though he had zero hesitation to comply with what she was angry about I still feel that being rude about it is extremely odd. This happened today at around 2 o clock. I hope the owners review the footage & assess the attitudes of everyone they hire.

    The young gentleman working at this location are the epitome of excellence. Kind, efficient and pleasant. It brings a smile to my face watching the hard working young men and they make the experience all the better. Never a line, will hold the door open for me when im handling large packages. As soon as you walk thru the door you are greeted with a pleasant attitude to assist!
