There was a family of 3 in line getting passports with one clerk helping.. so it took about an hour to get service with know other clerks coming to help. NOT acceptable for a man post office especially with the mail rates steady increasing!!!!

- RRRoseSep 19, 20261.0I was tracking my package looked outside seen the USPS vehicle made it to mailbox of course the vehicle was gone in a matter of seconds it took to get up stairs. Well no package I looked all around went outside to see if the vehicle was down the street no car. I go back inside and get a notification saying that they couldn't identify the address but you placed other mail I had in my mailbox. No slip was left no knock at my door so what happened to my package. You delivered my other mail same address as the package so what's the problem.

I went there with my three children, and we were treated very poorly—just because we were two minutes late, they simply couldn't be bothered to help me. They shouldn't have employees like that working there.
