- KCKelsey CordonnierJun 30, 20261.0Got evicted and tried to hold my mail so I could pick it up from the post office because I dont have a forwarding address and was informed that "they can't do that" and they "would not collect it before it was sent back to sender". My wallet was stolen and I have no food because im waiting on my ebt card or money to rent a po box because they want $70 upfront for one, which wouldnt be a problem if i could get my child support card delivered. Absolutely no customer service etiquette at all!
- DDdnsiebernJun 20, 20261.0This place is a joke. They have a parking lot that is completely unoccupied but won’t allow customers to use. I was told to park on the street, but it was full because the service takes 30 minutes longer than it needs to due to incompetence. So being forced to park in the lot, I got verbally attacked and threatened to tow when I had a one year child with me. Plus being targeted after 3 other cars were in the parking lot, one being parked illegally in a handicapped space, I was still threatened to move after being forced out of line. I filed a formal complaint with the USPS. This place is trash.
- EEEvanMay 27, 20261.0Worst post office I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. When you go in there, they will give you the runaround. I was told multiple times they didn’t know where my package was, and/or that it was already delivered just for it to show up the next day. The employees they hire will say backhanded stuff to you and treat you like a child. Now I understand why they have a 2.4 start rating; it should be 1. Ps the guy in there with long hair is a jerk.
