Doesn’t help that she spoke with the nasally voice of a teenager while having the clearly aged voice of a 40 year old woman, you’re not fooling anyone. What an abysmal first impression.

Throughout our conversation, Amy interrupted me repeatedly and at one point outright called me a liar. Rather than addressing my specific concern about my mail and a notice I received, she continually shifted the discussion to issues involving "everyone in my neighborhood." I was not calling about anyone else; I was calling about my own mail and a notice I received in regard to a neighborhood issue that does not involve me. Amy claimed there was evidence supporting the notice, yet I have evidence contradicting the information she provided. Additionally, her explanation changed multiple times. The issue went from my mailbox allegedly being blocked to the carrier supposedly lacking accessibility. She repeatedly referenced a truck that does not belong to me and is never parked in front of my home. When I explained she was describing my neighbor's property, she insisted that I was wrong. The entire interaction was frustrating, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
