Instead the lady the desk misinformed me on the processjust to have me scan my items to be shipped but not providing the labeling. Shipping is prepaid but they don't give any option to print a label at the office. I thought fedex was bad but at least they help handling the shipping process better than the incompetent individuals employed at this location. A pigeon would make for a better shipping agent than the employees here
