The UPS store was not busy at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Tony was respectful and helpful as he faxed information to an insurance company. A relative had tried and I fear failed. This fax had a dated receipt, and the insurance company got the information on time.

This was not my first time at this location, but today's experience was a 5 star. I take a moment to recognize Tony for his exceptional customer service. I was at this UPS location today with a heavy package for an Amazon return , when Tony noticed that I was struggling. He came from around the desk, held the door open for me and even offered to take the packages. He then assisted me in making the return process smooth. What stood out to me about Tony is that I didn't even have to ask he just immediately stepped in with extreme kindness which I truly appreciate.Thank you Tony for your excellent customer service!

They are expensive here 5 dollars to print 1 sheet of paper and tried to charge 8 dollars for a small box and they were actually throwing away boxes
