I called amazon to get an extension on my return. Took over and hour but they extended it. Went in today. I showed the guy at the counter my email to click for the return label or share it. The gentleman at the counter had me go into my Amazon account and cancel the return saying this is how it’s done. Well. It’s not and I couldn’t return my mower. He got the owner who said I had to call amazon. Nothing they can do. I said he should be fired. She said it’s only his 3rd day. Ok. Then why wasn’t he being supervised? She told me that I’m rude and to call amazon. Nothing they can do. I am short on free time and desperately need my refunded money. This was the worst customer experience. Do not go here.
