- VTVictoria TinsleyJul 29, 20261.0Constantly receiving someone else’s mail. Same house number different street. They don’t pay attention, just skim through and toss it in the box. We stopped the mailman once and let him know. He seemed annoyed he had to fix his mistake. The persons mail we are receiving claim that they aren’t receiving any mail at all. It’s so hard to get ahold of the post office to address the issue. Tired of doing their job for them.

I will just go to another post office like Salem MO, they are very helpful at the Salem MO post office unlike the Rolla MO post office.
- CSC SpareJun 16, 20261.0Was charged for a change of address online, but they have no record of it. 2 months of no mail and got nothing, but excuses from them. Lazy mail carrier plain and simple. Even things with only our new address have not come.
- MMMarsMay 21, 20261.0I have lived all over the world due to the military and this is the only post office that I have experienced where they will mark packages as "delivery attempted. Cannot deliver package" without it ever leaving the warehouse. I was originally told that it was due to the new neighborhood not having mailboxes. The mailboxes have been up for months now and it's still the same thing. I either have to pick up the packages in person or pray that their contractor is working and is able to deliver them. Live literally 10 mins from the post office
