- TTTara Triebel5 days ago1.0This is absolutely the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. I have a package that was out for delivery yesterday and I was so excited to get it and have it to work on on Sunday afternoon. Late last night (Saturday) I get the message that they couldn't deliver it and that it would be available for pickup at the post office. We'll our road wasn't blocked and there's no way its too big for the mailbox so why is it not being added to the next days Amazon delivery which is out for delivery now on a Sunday. Why do I have to go in there and deal with picking it up. I don't like going in that building because the bulk of the staff are the rudest people I have ever met. When I have to send something I would rather go to St James where the staff is kind.
- TMTina Mallow6 days ago1.0I did not know that the US Post office can pick and choose whether they want to work Saturdays or not to my knowledge Saturday's the mail run but obviously the Rolla Post office these people can pick and choose when they want to work obviously they don't have professionals working there I've been waiting all day for my mail it's Saturday my mailman did not show up y'all have some real good workers there.

We stopped the mailman once and let him know. He seemed annoyed he had to fix his mistake. The persons mail we are receiving claim that they aren’t receiving any mail at all. It’s so hard to get ahold of the post office to address the issue. Tired of doing their job for them.
