  Extremely disappointing experience with this location. I have used UPS Store locations in multiple states and have never experienced anything remotely like what happened at this store. I had two Amazon packages delivered here. When I arrived, I was given only one and told the other had never arrived, despite Amazon showing both packages as delivered. More concerning, I was told that the package they did have had been opened by mistake. It had been resealed with clear tape. Later that day, I returned because two additional packages had arrived—an automotive starter and a replacement computer screen. The store acknowledged having both packages. When I again questioned what had happened to the missing Amazon package and showed the delivery confirmation, the situation deteriorated. The owner refused to allow me to pay the pickup fees and take the two packages that were physically there. He instead told me they would be returned to the senders and called the police. The responding officers spoke with both of us and even attempted to persuade the owner to simply allow me to pay the fees and collect my packages. He still refused. I understand that disagreements between customers and businesses happen. What I cannot understand is how questioning the whereabouts of a package showing as delivered resulted in two completely unrelated packages being withheld and returned to their senders. I have filed a formal complaint with The UPS Store corporate office and have requested that this incident be investigated. Based solely on my experience, I cannot recommend this location, and I will not trust it with my packages again.

  Stop by the store this morning. Talk about karma. I needed one stamp sending a birthday card to my sister. This nice lady offered me one stamp and I declined and I waited a while she was still there. She offered again and I took it. I don't know who she is but thank you. I guess I owe you a cup of coffee 👍😂

  Lost half my return items! Doing a shipping return and I missed that it needed a taped box. Clerk was just going to ship as is when the manager spoke up that it should be taped or ups drivers could lose the items, and that for them to tape is a dollar. My mistake, I paid the dollar, cash, and left feeling taken advantaged of. Not great service but oh well. The real problem is that only half the items in the box made it to their destination, leaving me with only half a refund and a tarnish on my customer record. At best they forgot to tape the box and it went missing during shipping. At worse they removed the product and pocketed my dollar. Who can say?
