- TJTravis JonesApr 20, 20263.0One of the ladies in there was extremely rude and short not helpful at all act like I did not know what I was talking about had to go home and print it off the post office website myself to get it to ship I wish people would have a better attitude these days if she does not like her job she can go somewhere else and work
- NTN. TerryApr 16, 20261.0Today I got notice the USPS had delivered a package to me. They had not. They delivered it across the street. I called the Republic Post Office to complain. Whoever I finally talked to scolded me for calling repeatedly while he was trying to call me back to see what my issue was. He said he would speak to the carrier who screwed up but he would do it "the right way", not the way I called in loud and upset. If this is the kind of person in charge it's no wonder the carriers don't know a 5 from a 6. The Republic Post Office personnel need a refresher in customer service.

What a joke!!! Maybe a GPS or Google maps. My address is on my curb on my house and on my mailbox and has been for 20 years. Please APPLY yourselfs.
