- RNRoberta NickersonMay 11, 20261.0I live in a small town with limited availability of products. So many items must be ordered on line. The carrier has weight restriction due to past injury so a good number of packages do not get delivered. Now the sub can and will deliver the same packages with no issues. But here's the rub. If any package is delivered when carrier works, the sub who comes in the next day "is not allowed" to deliver them. So it is left for the elderly homeowner to pick up the packages that the post office said they will not allow the sub to deliver. Poor service. Excuses. I wish Amazon would quit using usps in this location. In addition, 2 other packages arrived the same day as the "heavy package". Each of these packages were in the 5 to 10 lb range; so way below the "too heavy weight limit". Neither were delivered. They were set next to the heavy package for customer pick up. The reason I was told "they arrived the same day as the heavy package." So? Why did these packages not get delivered when they arrived 4 days ago? Hmmmm. Did the carrier just not want to deliver them? Just asking.

- KSK SJan 3, 20261.0If I could give half a star that’s what they would get. Package was supposed to delivered on Friday and on informed delivery it was not able to access the delivery address. USPS is about to put themselves out of a job. I have already had to switch how I pay my bills because they cause me to get late fees on my bills. DO BETTER OR FIND SOMEONE THAT CAN DO THE JOB!

Once I called their hotline they lady told me that the update was computer generated and the attempt was not even made in the first place. The worst mail service I have ever experienced and continue to experience.
