- JJJacksonJun 10, 20261.0I came in today during my lunch break because the phone wouldn't connect me to a human. So when i get there to pick up my package that shows it has been there since 4:41 AM and i won't be there tomorrow to get it and the lady there told me that the packages sitting in the back couldn't be scanned and she couldn't just grab it. Meanwhile it SHOULD have been sent out this morning since its been there since 4:41. Pleased to say i am NOT happy. The lady had an attitude about it while they are just keeping people's stuff and letting it sit there. If i could rate it 0 stars i would.
