  Rude postmaster Kory cant contain his anger on a simple phone call and will hangup on you for simple questions. Haven't had my mail in 3 weeks. Apparently my property was listed as "abandoned" by the mail carrier. Ive been in the same place for nearly 10 years and havent had an issue doing the same routine and then suddenly my mail stops without notice. The supervisor and the mail carrier that made that order obviously arent qualified to do the job. Now I have to pay late fees because of something that wasnt in my control and they think a simple sorry fixes it. No it doesnt I shouldn't have to be responsible for late fees that occurred because Im not the one that shut my mail off. If I could run all of my mail through Amazon I would. Dont waste your time talking to Kory because hes going to beat around the bush and take no accountability for his staff and their mistakes.

  Worst post office ever its been 2 weeks with no mail nothing is blocking the mail box the mail guy is super lazy all he has to do is put the mail in the box. I went up to the post office in pevely where I live and asked if I could have my mail he said my mail was being delivered I told him its been 2 weeks he told me is the mail box blocked I said no my car is a car length from the mailbox so he told me no its blocked even know I have pictures he then tells me I need to leave so here we are no mail. My advice yall need to fire the front desk guy and the mail driver not the girl she's a hard worker the others are lazy

  The man with nail polish and earrings is the rudest person I’ve ever met there. I needed the the tiniest piece of tape, he refused to even help me till I got it sealed, I said I never had to do this the women always does it for me “oh well she isn’t suppose to” so I had to buy a 5 dollar roll of tape for 4 inches. What is the world coming to when you can’t even get some tape at a place that tapes boxes and packages as the business but no free tape. I swear if I gotta start paying for pickles on a burger im leaving earth! Humans are the worst

  I’ve opened a request for tracking on an item that is in route from Pevely to New York for20 days. I wanted to speak to the Postmaster and the.nice young man Clerk said he would let him know I wanted a call. I wrote my phone number on the service request. I tried for three days to reach this Postmaster. No postmaster, one day I was told he went to the Dentist. Ok but a courtesy phone call would have been nice. No luck and no phone call.
