Have several high dollar packages that say "Delivered" but can't be found. Also missing mail even with informed delivery saying delivered

⚠️ AVOID THIS POST OFFICE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & UN-SCANNED LOST PACKAGES! If I could give zero stars, I would. I regularly ship packages for my online business (Poshmark, eBay, etc.), and this location has managed to lose three of my packages in just two days because items dropped off at the counter were never scanned into the system. When I realized what happened, I went back to speak with the supervisor, Steven Smith. His behavior was shocking: Complete Dismissiveness: He acted like he didn’t care at all that his facility misplaced my mail, refusing to even look in the back or check for random packages. Refusal to Help: When I asked him to pull the security camera footage to trace the packages, he point-blank rejected my request. Bizarre & Intimidating Behavior: Instead of taking accountability, he treated me like an inconvenience, gave me a hostile, angry stare as I walked out, and offered zero solutions. The items in those packages were expensive designer handbags with labels clearly indicating Poshmark. Now they are completely missing. To have a federal facility lose high-value mail and have a supervisor actively refuse to investigate—or even look at cameras—borders on theft. Looking at the other one-star reviews for this branch, I deeply regret not checking them sooner. The customer service here is non-existent, the staff is consistently rude, and the entire operation feels completely disorganized. Do your job, USPS. In the meantime, I am escalating this to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and filing formal federal complaints. Save yourself the headache and do not ship your mail from this location!

Everyone at the Parkville post office is so nice! I always get great help, and there's seldom a line. Easy parking, and easy mail drop-off outside. They helped me rescue a package that had been missing for some time. I was so grateful!

Absolutely the worst organization I have ever had to deal with. Terrible customer service, mail truck drives in peoples yards, always late, you can't make it up! It is the worst! You have to try to do as bad a job as they do. START OVER! This is too broken to fix.
