Constant issues with lost mail, misdelivered mail, and mail just not being delivered at all. It does no good to try and make a complaint to anyone, as no one seems to care. Anytime you try to call them, they hardly EVER answer the phone. It's actually a known area joke, about them never answering their phone. So, if you have an emergency situation, you might as well forget it. We receive a lot of important mail, and it's very aggravating and disheartening to know that we may never receive part, or all of it. This isn't the way the US Mail is supposed to be. Very disgusted.

That's when the hold mail service saved me from getting increasingly frustrated over time .I was lucky to receive my card eventually because of how helpful and thoughtful USPS staff were.I can't put into words what a grest job they have done for a customer like me.
