What a blessing to have such a wonderful place around you!I was worried sick that my SSN card might be missing or returned to the sender because I didn't know how to get my mailbox fixed. That's when the hold mail service saved me from getting increasingly frustrated over time .I was lucky to receive my card eventually because of how helpful and thoughtful USPS staff were.I can't put into words what a grest job they have done for a customer like me.

The local people are great. Super friendly and as helpful as can be. Upper management just seems to get in the way, and cause more problems than they solve.

I hate to give bad reviews on places like this because I know a lot of you are just trying your best with what you have. But over the past three weeks I’ve have 2 letters and 2 packages lost. One has been lost in hazelwood for three weeks. The two letters were both marked as “delivered” but not to me. And the 4th package is somewhere on a truck being shipped to St. Louis for the last week. I’ve had a bubble wrap mailer come in torn to absolutely shreds. And one letter come in that was busted out on one side and emptied of all contents. One mailer came in with tire tracks on it! A lot of people are counting on usps for their businesses. And unfortunately most of the companies we work with will not sign a contract with a different mailing company (or at least not yet). At this point if my packages arrived I would be willing to pay a monthly subscription to ups, FedEx or a private delivery service. These companies are losing money, I’m losing money and so are the third party sellers and the buyers. It’s upsetting. Something that used to be so great. And we pay quite a bit to use those tiny flat rate shipping boxes. I hope things change for the better soon.
