- JAJeff Allison4 days ago1.0Its quiet apparent how bad this place and USPS in general have become. Had a package picked up by a carrier, scanned the package, and then the package just disappeared somewhere between them scanning it and arriving at the post office. Contact the post office only to be told it wasnt there. The lady never looked for it or even acted like she wanted to help me. I find it odd that after 10 business days the package still shows usps awaiting item and that no one knows where it just seemed to vanish to.

- ABAndrew BrownJul 14, 20261.0Mail delivery staff from this location are extremely incompetent. Please read the address on the package you deliver and then deliver it to that location. If it’s an apartment double check and if there’s a parcel locker put the key in the mailbox of the resident so they can get the package. This is ridiculous and there’s no accountability for this laziness either. The automated system makes it impossible to report instances and you can’t reach the location. If you messed up at any other job you are reprimanded almost immediately. Why is this not the case for the postal service?

We have a small lock box, and I try not to use usps for packages but sometimes they get sent there anyway even when I pay for extra shipping. I wonder why USPS has money issues. Nobody wants to use them because they're incompetent.
