I was told there that this could not be done, and that I would have to wait for the package to be returned to the sender, at which point they would notify me. Subsequently, the package was delivered to a different person—who presented no identification—at the wrong address. The shipment has been lost, and no one at UPS is willing to take responsibility, despite the fact that the shipment was insured. I filed an official claim, but they have responded vaguely and have failed to address the new evidence regarding the erroneous delivery and the incorrect information I was given at this store location.
