- AKAdrienne KingJun 22, 20264.0I originally left an upsetting review a couple days ago about an important package that wasn't delivered to me Friday , and the carrier saying that my driveway or door was not accessible when it was. I filed a complaint online. Kay Lynn Puskac from the Oak Grove postal Service sent me a very nice apology email. It was explained to me that it was a different carrier from a different location that was not familiar with the area. Which makes sense because the local carrier has been delivering packages to me with no issues for a month now. They tried to call me also, but I was at an family event and wasn't able to answer. I really do appreciate the promptness to my issue and the apology. I've never experienced that before at another postal location. In addition to the clerks always being so pleasant when I visit this location and the apology email, I definitely have to change my rating as I'm very satisfied with the customer service they provide. Thanks for the explanation and for the apology.

- KKKaciFeb 8, 20195.0This is my post office of choice whenever I need to visit one in person. I am closer to the Odessa office but vastly prefer the one in Oak Grove. The workers here are so nice and friendly and patient. They never make an issue of answering questions and always offer help. There are two ladies in particular who have always been so kind when I've come in with a problem or complicated shipment. But everyone I've interacted with has been great. I don't think I've ever had any negative expirences here. I used to frequent Odessa but a few of the employees there were always rude. The first time I stopped at Oak Grove instead and the employee was so friendly and nice, I knew I wouldn't go back. It's been a year now, and if I need to go the the post office in person, I will go out of my way if I have to to go to this one. Thank you!
