- AKAdrienne KingJun 22, 20264.0I originally left an upsetting review a couple days ago about an important package that wasn't delivered to me Friday , and the carrier saying that my driveway or door was not accessible when it was. I filed a complaint online. Kay Lynn Puskac from the Oak Grove postal Service sent me a very nice apology email. It was explained to me that it was a different carrier from a different location that was not familiar with the area. Which makes sense because the local carrier has been delivering packages to me with no issues for a month now. They tried to call me also, but I was at an family event and wasn't able to answer. I really do appreciate the promptness to my issue and the apology. I've never experienced that before at another postal location. In addition to the clerks always being so pleasant when I visit this location and the apology email, I definitely have to change my rating as I'm very satisfied with the customer service they provide. Thanks for the explanation and for the apology.
