- SSSnipper_32Jun 2, 20261.0We wanted to send a care package to our son who is a Marine and stationed in Japan. The lady at the desk was extremely short tempered and also gave us egregiously incorrect information, she said shipping to him would cost us hundreds of dollars and we had to pay for packaging. We left and went home and looked at the USPS website for correct information. She should be fired for this. Do better for our military members USPS.

This post office will find any little reason to not deliver your mail. Then if you try to fix an issue they become even more petty.

I never feel rushed when I don’t know what I’m doing. The lady that works the lobby for self service is amazingly helpful. Not to mention my postman Greg is the best.
