- KPKim PurcellJan 16, 20251.0Never had this much trouble with mail as I've had here I Missouri. You guys need to take some lessons from the Texas postal service. Among multiple pastyear. I've had a Christmas present stuck in the keyed box for weeks now, the key does not work. The mail lady refuses to open it for me, the post office won't do anything. And now I got a letter from my complex saying I need to get my mail out of the box because she is complaining she can't use that box because I won't get my package. Rediculous!!!!!
