- JEJesse EggemeyerSep 12, 20221.0Talked to an individual multiple times about an order that was wrongfully sent to their office. Asked for the package, (that was thousands of insects for my bearded dragons) to be redirected to the correct address and I would pay the extra shipping fee, because I needed the bugs before the weekend. Instead she put the addressee was unknown, the package was not picked up, and being returned to the sender. Of course they don’t actually return to the sender, because they don’t want to have to pay postage, so instead they are destroyed! Thousands of insects that should have been food for lizards. Plus having to make extra trips to local pets stores for the insects that cost me drastically. Needless to say I am not happy with the customer service at this post office.

I have been highly pleased with the entire postal office since day one. Thanks for doing such an AWESOME job.
