  Typical fed ex shop so nothing special there. But they do print all my drawings for work an there always done an done rt. This location for sure gets my vote cuz the staff was so helpful. I missed a very important package that was being delivered that I had to sign for.. absolutely my fault but the staff helped me find delivery truck an where it was gonna be . Gave me the address an directions an time to go pick it up.

  I visited this location to ship a tire back to the seller. The tire arrived with only a shipping sticker attached, and I had the return label available on my phone. Since a standard paper printout taped to a rubber tire wouldn’t hold up during shipping, I simply asked if they could print the shipping label for me. I was told they could not because this was a “ship center only” and not a “print and ship” location. I was also told they didn’t have a printer, which was surprising for a shipping center. The interaction felt unhelpful and lacked basic customer service. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just assistance printing a shipping label so I could complete the shipment. Unfortunately, because of that experience, I can only give this location 1 star.
