  I'm in this UPS Store almost every day, and I can honestly say they're consistently awesome. The staff is always friendly, fast, and somehow manages to keep things moving no matter how busy it gets.

  Save yourself the headache and go to a different location. The employee handling notarizations here was incredibly rude, showed a terrible attitude, and claimed there were a bunch of "rules" that made it impossible to notarize my document. I walked out, went to a different UPS store down the road, and was in and out in five minutes with zero issues. If these are actual company policies, the staff needs consistent training, because right now it just feels like an excuse for bad customer service.

  I had gone to FedEx to get a simple copying job done which involved reducing an image and keeping it on typical copy paper. The only clerk there said he didn’t know how to do that. So I headed to UPS. Done in about 5 minutes, no problem at all. Well staffed and very courteous people !!

  Always a good experience at this UPS store! I rent a mailbox at this location and so I’m here a lot. I’ve gained a good report with the staff and they are always very helpful. I feel like the bad reviews I’ve read about here aren’t that common or usually issues out of control of the staff. Or maybe just a few customers determined to be mad at the world at a minor inconvenience. But I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and haven’t had a single problem.

  They are always so friendly there and have gotten to know who I am when I come in. Bart the owner seems to set the example for his lovely staff. 🥰🥰
