- ZRZach RoseApr 29, 20261.0The ”postmaster” is a complete smart you know what. Called to inquire about a package not showing delivered, twice. Her response? “What do you want me to do about it”. Showed absolutely no care regarding the situation then surprise surprise - multiple employees at the hub itself - also agreed and multiple people said exactly this “I do not know how she was promoted”. Good ole merit system in the federal government. I contacted Jefferson City and spoke to multiple people and had nothing but pleasant interactions with them. The supervisor there, c or k - ley, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was not dismissive, did not retaliate and was very straightforward in identifying next steps to solve issues. I received multiple calls back regarding my issue / lost package and I received help every single step Of the way. I genuinely hope someone higher up with take the time to look into the so called leadership with this specific postmaster.
