Supervisor refused to admit that they have the ability to reprint labels, which is what USPS did and reprinted the wrong label. This cost me money on a sale AND several hours of time wasted. I have proof of everything but he refused to help.

Two boxes were received with antique golf clubs and both packages were damaged. The pictures were from the second package received.
I confronted the person helping me when the first package was received from the PO and was informed it was the sellers fault as they did not pack it correctly. It was given to the postal service and delivered through the postal service. Not sure how it was the sellers fault.
The second package arrived at my home damaged with part of my purchased item exposed to the elements for potential damage.
I receive the same product through UPS and Fed Ex and each package arrives without any damage to the box.

I’m always greeted with a smile and the employees go above and beyond. I prefer this office over others in the area. Keep up the good work!!

Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The brunette lady who assisted me was rude and seemed very nervous. When I asked a question about shipping time she said she didn’t know and didn’t try to help or direct me to someone who could. Not the level of service I would expect.
