  Pretty much got there to return my iPhone that the insurance gave me cus it was defective so I went to THIS STORE to return it so I’ll get a new device. But when I went in there and told them I need to use the QR code and return label the insurance gave this light skin lady told me that it’s to use the return label on the box and gave me no receipt or anything, then I was skeptical so I returned back to my car and then came back and asked another associate and asked them hey I was told this. And this time the associate doubled down and told me yes you could use the return label on the package to track it, now I returned it to them on Wednesday on the first…. I haven’t had any updates on it even today, so when I went to call them about it they don’t know where it’s at and told me to wait till Monday for an update on my package, I understand it’s the holidays etc but I would’ve got sent an update by now atleast saying the have it in transit. In all terrible and lazy experience because they could’ve done the bare minimum and sent it in with the label I was sent with and literally could’ve been easy as this but instead now I’m left wondering and being told I gotta call usps tomorrow for an update and that ups don’t even have my package anymore like what

  I use this location for shipping quite often. The employees are always friendly! The location is close to home and very convenient. Nothing but great things to say!

  Customer service is not what it used to be. While in this store today, the owner's daughter was screaming at a hispanic woman saying she would not noterize a document because she couldn't read Spanish. The Passport was in Spanish and had an official seal. After repeatedly yelling at the young woman, the girl said, "we'll go somewhere else" and the owner's daughter said, "well if that's what you want to do, then go ahead" in the most condescending and disrespectful tone. So the store manager is not willing to noterize it and is then upset when the patron wants to go somewhere else? It would save everyone's time if they just put a sign on the front door that says, "Minorities will not be provided service." Your response below is not an accurate reflection of what occurred in the store. And you may want to do a bit more research on being a notary--a US notary can accept a current foreign passport in Spanish to verify a signer's identity, provided the passport includes a photo, signature, and is not expired.
