  Team at Melody Store in LS Mo ALWAYS has TOP TIER customer service.... If there are 2 people or 22 people.... The Associates handle each individual customer with courteous smiles and timely service.

  I was pleasantly surprised with my walk-in experience for notary services. Tyson was the best, assisting me with a positive and friendly demeanor. I was in and out with my notarized documents in no time!

  The young gentleman that helped me send my tablet in for repairs, it took a minute for me to find my label for the return. He was very patient and also let me use there stool because of my health. Five stars!!!!!

  ⭐️⭐️ Disappointed With My Experience I’m very disappointed with my experience at this store. I went in on Wednesday to get a banner made for my business. While I was speaking with the lady assisting me, there was a gentleman in the back who repeatedly interrupted the conversation with very negative comments instead of trying to be helpful or find a solution. The email communication afterward was also very poor. I originally sent my window logo to see if it could be printed on the banner, and I was contacted a day later and told that the file was too large to use. I then took the time to find another design and was told they could potentially have it done by Saturday. However, I’m now being told that they won’t even be able to look at the file until Monday. As a business owner, I understand that things happen, but the lack of communication, customer service, and willingness to help was frustrating. I needed a simple 3x15 business banner, and instead of feeling like someone was trying to help me get it done, I felt like I was being given excuses and pushed off. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.I expected much better customer service and communication.
