- AAAndrewJun 23, 20261.0I actively try to avoid the USPS in Kirksville. There are two female workers there who have awful customer service, and I avoid going inside because of them. I wish I could say go somewhere else, but that really isn't an option here. While my mail has always arrived on time, the ladies at the front counter are not friendly and provide zero customer service or basic decency.
- LLLeslie LewisMay 12, 20265.0The Kirksville post office is honestly one of the few places left on Earth where somebody can scan 47 packages, answer three questions, hand a guy his mail, and still tell you to have a nice day without looking like they’re planning their escape into the woods. The ladies up there are FAST. You get in line thinking, “Well, this is my life now,” and suddenly you’re back outside holding a receipt you don’t even remember receiving. Also shoutout to the post office for maintaining the ancient American tradition of making me panic every single time I mail something important. Nothing builds character like watching your package disappear behind the counter and whispering, “Godspeed, little box.” 5 stars. Efficient. Friendly. Mild emotional suspense. Very patriotic.

- BGBaylee GashwilerFeb 9, 20261.0my mail is hardly ever delivered on time and the person i have spoken to over the phone has been anything but helpful. i have a package that was supposed to be delivered on january 27th that has still not been delivered and they have only attempted delivery twice since then. I urge you to use ups or fed ex if you live in this town because the post office is absolutely no help and it’s incredibly discouraging to deal with rude people with complete disregard to others and no pride in their work when you are trying to get a solution to your problem.
