What a joke of a post office. I asked the guy to give me a price for next day. He said 150 dollars. Of course I couldn't afford that. The guy got pissed . Now a package is bouncing around the united state's. It was heading out to help a buddy's wife . My buddy died and she needed the package sooner rather than later. So unprofessional!. I don't see how he can keep his job. Do better .

This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with. The guy working there is rude, unhelpful, and incredibly lazy. I found a pickup notice in my mailbox and went to the post office to get my package. Without even bothering to look for it, he immediately told me to call the annex because he claimed my package was there. I called the annex, and they told me the package was actually at this post office. I went back and told him what they said, but he insisted I call the annex again because he claimed it wasn’t there. I called the annex a second time, and they confirmed that he had scanned the package as arrived at his office. The scanner showed exactly which post office had it, and it showed that he was the one who scanned it. After I went back for the third time and practically forced him to look, surprise—my package had been there the entire time. I had to make three trips because of his laziness and refusal to do his job. He also constantly makes excuses, saying he has no access to issue money orders or process P.O. Box payments. On top of that, he smells strongly of alcohol, whether I visit at 9 a.m. or 2 p.m. My neighbor has even seen him buying alcohol while wearing his USPS uniform. I honestly don’t understand how someone with this attitude and behavior can continue holding a federal job. Customers deserve better service than this. I really wish the ladies who previously worked at this office would come back. They were always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They treated customers with respect and actually took pride in their work. The difference in service is night and day, and this office was much better when they were here.

Always a pleasure to walk in and see T ready to greet me and take care of what I need. Usually if I have a package he already saw me coming and has it ready for pickup. Pleasure to deal with T.

Lady lies about giving notices for packages. She sent back a $30 item I had bought online without giving us one notice of it being in the mailbox. I even contacted the seller because I thought the package was never sent. Now I'm out $30.
