- JPJeffery ParksFeb 18, 20255.0In almost 14 years running a small business in Kennett, MO I haven't had any issues with the local Kennett branch that weren't handled well and with great service. The front desk is responsive, phone calls I rarely have to make to them are helpful, and the deliveries persons have been exceptional--truly going on beyond what I expect. On occasion a backup delivery person may not meet the regular's standard, but I think that's common among most organizations when someone has to temporarily fill in. Very pleased!
