Ever person that works the windows are rude… clearly they can’t keep carriers because I can barely get mail once a month and when going to recover it I get a attitude from clerks have to talk to supervisor to get any kind of help EVERYTIME I GO!!! Nobody wants to deliver the mail on my route clearly never get any! And there is always more than me looking for our mail when I’m in the building… like isn’t this a service we are guaranteed rain sleet snow or shine?!?! They stop at 5 even if they aren’t done and I’ve been waiting on informed delivery mail for over a week what’s really going on

The rest of the room couldn’t do anything, but look around at each other with shock. Very rude for no apparent reason and berated him in front of the whole store simply because he didn’t speak very good English. She then proceeded to take his package and throw it across the room Into the basket. I understand the package isn’t marked as fragile, but it’s not a very good look just to be throwing customers packages around with such a lack of care.
