Sometimes I have to wait a while to pick up packages, but I must say the customer service here is expectational. Really nice and helpful clerks every time.

Look yall do not appreciate how hard they are working here, this has been my post office for 2 years and I have never had an issue that they couldn't handle. Sometimes it can get backed up but they do not have alot of people working here, only time you are gonna have a bad experience is if you are rude or not willing to explain your situation

I've never had an issue with usps before. Our mail packages get delivered and everything has been fine. Until today. I was supposed to get a package delivered. This was on olive st, the mailman walks halfway up the street, just two houses down from mine and then turns away after looking around and leaves, without delivering to my house or any of the other several houses left on the block that this mailman still had not been to. It's disappointing, especially when the reason he couldn't deliver was officially excused as animal interference. There was no such thing.

This place is horrible. Moved in to my place beginning of May. Had to request keys to my mailbox due to last tenant not turning in the key. They told me about 6 week wait for them to rekey the box. I filled out the request for my mail to be held so I can come to the post office and pick it up. They refuse to hold the mail and keep delivering it to a box I cannot access. Asked the mail carrier not to deliver to the box and either leave at the post office or possibly slide under my door across from the mailbox. No, he keeps stuffing it in the box knowing I have no access to it. I have visited the office several times in the past few months, and the employees have no idea when I will get a key and why my mail is not being held until the box is fixed.I am beyond frustrated at this point 3 months after my initial request. I believe the next step is just escalating this on up to the Post Master General, because no one at this location can seem to make sure I can actually receive my mail.

I’ve tried giving this post office some grace but, I’ve been waiting since OCTOBER OF 2026 to get my key to my mailbox. At this point this whole post office needs to close down or have NEW MANAGEMENT because them not answering the phone plus not having my key ready and plus other stuff, if I could give them ZERO stars I would. This is ridiculous.
