- TTTravel Train Transform1 day ago1.0Recently moved around the area. Came here to get my keys. Clerk told me they were short staff. Only two employees work on getting keys and it’s a 6-8 week turn around. I’ve moved around KC and I have NEVER had to wait for my keys for this long. Filled out a form to have my mail delivered here. Every time I go here it’s a line wrapped outside the waiting area. Should be an efficient service but it’s always a 30 minute wait. Only one clerk at the counter. They always claim to be hiring but there’s never more than one person working at the counter.
- EMEvan Morrison1 day ago1.0It’s honestly confusing and a little alarming how unhelpful this USPS location is. I came here to pick up my package for the second day in a row. On the first day, I was told it was out for delivery and would be delivered to my apartment. Later that day, I received a USPS notification saying the package was being held at the post office “at the customer’s request,” which I never made. So I came back the next day to pick it up, only to be told it was somehow out for delivery again. None of this makes any sense, and no one could provide a clear explanation. To make matters worse, there was no one at the counter when I arrived. I waited about five minutes before an employee finally came out, and when they did, they greeted me with an attitude instead of offering any help. If you have another USPS location available, I’d recommend avoiding this one.

I asked for a little bit of tape after waiting 10 minutes in line and they said they don’t provide tape and I would have to pay for a couple pieces to tape my label on. This location needs to shut down immediately and Everyone fired
