The woman that helped me was super sweet and explained that they get sorted wrong sometimes and it’d likely be in today. It was delivered no problem and I just wanted to leave a review saying thank you!
- CGCollin GreenJun 12, 20262.0I arrived for a small package return at around 1:20pm on a Friday. It was not very busy when I arrived, but it slowly got more busy as I waited. There was only one lady at the front doing all the packages so I understood that it would be a good wait. This big black woman with glasses, tattoos, and a piercing (I wish I got her name) was not doing anything to help. When she finally came up to help she kept making comments about the long line. When she finally started taking people in her own line I was the next to go. She asked before I even walked over if I had a QR code. I said yes, she made a snarky comment and said “well you could have gone to that machine, but if you want to stand in line ok.” It was very rude and disrespectful, because if she was actually doing her job, she would have seen it wasn’t working. Then after I didn’t say anything she scanned my phone from so far away being passive aggressive. Would not look at my face either. Then ripped the package out of my hand to weigh it. She was extremely unprofessional, and had a disgusting behavior. I hope this gets taken care of, because it is not the business I would want to be in charge of.
