I was a bit nervous going here because of the reviews, but the service here was great! No line so I got in quick and sent some packages that had prepaid shipping labels. I was worried they could possible be over the weight limit, but they were fine! The guy working there gave me a receipt and it was so simple and quick.

The customer service at the Hickman Mills Post Office was very disappointing. The employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. I was told my mail had already been sent to my leasing office, even though I already had a mail hold in place. Then I was told they could put a hold on my mail moving forward—which makes no sense because there was already an active hold.
I expected my mail hold to be honored, not ignored. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue, I received poor customer service and no real explanation. I hope management addresses both the handling of customers and the mail hold process so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

When I was there this week the man working at the counter was clearly annoyed by my very existence and was just being hateful and disrespectful towards myself and the other woman who was in there. When the little survey popped up on the screen that asked ‘were you treated with courtesy?’ that had a smiley face, a straight line face and a frowny face, before I could even see what it said, he reached over the counter and pressed the green smiley face button. I wanted to laugh, or scoff or something, but I didn’t dare because I was scared to. He also reached over the counter to select how I wanted to receive my receipt for me. The entire interaction was completely absurd. Yikes!
